Stronger Fitness Studio

Experiencia fantástica: Great pilates studio with brand new machines and solid instructors. Unlike other local studios, Stronger specializes in Lagree pilates and it does make a difference in the pace of the classes. I haven't tried all of the instructors yet, but Courtney is a fav for sure. Definitely would recommend this studio as all the instructors provide modifications and guidance for new members and those with injuries.

Experiencia fantástica: Stronger Fitness Studio is the BEST pilates studio in the Los Alamitos/Seal Beach area! I was so excited when this studio opened near my house and have been hooked since my first class. Every class is challenging and the instructors are so encouraging and knowledgeable. Just when you think you can't do another rep, or hold a plank for one more second, the instructors are there cheering you on. The owner, Meg and instructors have created an incredibly welcoming environment and the workout is great for all levels - they provide lots of modification and challenge options throughout the class. I leave every class feeling so strong (and sweaty). Thank you Stronger Fitness for creating a fabulous workout environment for our community!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! I came for the free classes and stayed for the killer workout and super nice instructors. The small class sizes makes it feel like a private session. Because of their coaching, my form for squats, plank, pull-ups...everything, has improved 100%. Check it out!
