CrossFit^® Conduit

Experiencia fantástica: I don't want to leave a good review in fear that this gym will be over-populated but I can't do that to the owner and the amazing staff here. I did CrossFit for a while in Iraq and Afghanistan and stateside at another "box" in the downtown Orlando area. CrossFit Conduit is the place to go hands down. From day one our coaches, and even fellow members, treated us like we were one of their own. The deliberate attention to detail and passion exuded by Joseph (the owner) and his staff is hands down the best attention I've received (paralleled to the Army but that's not the kind of attention you want) If you're considering gyms in the Orlando area I can't recommend this one enough. Just come in the willingness to learn and adapt to whatever you previously thought you knew, the coaches and regiment will take you the rest of the way. But don't take my word for it.
