Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym community you will ever find. No matter your skill set or fitness level, the coaches will help tailor the workouts to where you are at. CrossFit on social media and TV seems intimidating, but it is absolutely the opposite. FOE has the most supportive members and coaches. You will find very little ego here, just a great group of people. Dash and Geonna run a great gym and support all their members. I wish I would have joined sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly group. I just dropped in and was a bit nervous but Chelsea was the coach and she was very kind and welcoming. The facility is clean and they have nice bathrooms and showers.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not sure how to explain just how blessed I was to find this gym! My life was full of huge changes. I was getting my personal training business going, building up my Cardio & Barbell classes while working full time and selling my house, but I missed being coached and the workout atmosphere that only CF provides terribly. So I was on the hunt for the right fit for a gym to go to once in a while. I never imagined I would end up going 3dys a week, sometimes 4 days a week. Here's the kicker, I live an hour away! Geonna and Dash, along with their coaches, put so much effort into building a healthy community that I couldn't stay away. I know it sounds nuts, but I joke that it was my mental health and a true testiment to the environment that has been created at FOE. I always felt included in all of the fun, respected, cared for and safe. I want to emphasize on safety, because I am an LV-1 Trainer myself. I remember when I went for my certificate, the instructors talked a lot about not being afraid to slow or stop an athlete if form is off. These coaches are very mindful of their athlete's form and are not afraid to respectfully redirect you! The coaches are mentored and supported and that really shows when you see all of them together. I trust their knowledge so much that I would bring my athlete's on road trips for the experience, different voice and perspective. I've gone to this gym about 10 months, but am sadly having to part due to work in another part of the state. I love FOE, already miss it and obviously highly recommend it!

Experiencia fantástica: There are not enough words to express how much this gym means to my husband and I. I have grown in so many ways. This is a place to find out what you're capable of, a community full of support and all around tons of fun. I was VERY intimidated to start, but stepping in the first time is the hardest part. Everyone is at different levels and I promise it's not a scary as it looks on t.v.

Experiencia fantástica: My fiance and I love Crossfit FOE. The community is awesome and just what should be expected in your local Crossfit gym. Dash and Geonna are an fantastic ownership team as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone just starting out to Crossfit or even an experienced Crossfitter.
