Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit reality est un gym de Crossfit génial ! J’y suis resté plus de 3 mois et les coachs et owners sont aux top toujours à bien expliqué les mouvements ou à encourager !! L’équipement y est de qualité et tout le matériel de Crossfit est entretenu et nettoyé régulièrement. En bref, un super gym ouvert et accessible à tous avec des adhérents toujours très sympa !

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a noon class during a work trip and was happy to see there were plenty of welcoming people to workout with! Started with a warmup “workout” that really prepared you for the actual metcon that came next. Finished with accessory work to round out class. Diego was the man! Very helpful and his main focus was good form so we all got the most out of our workout! Hope to be back soon.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the friendly people and the amazing coaches! There is a huge focus on form and technique which is super important to me. I like the encouragement and support which has led me to progress to do things I never thought would be possible for me to do. I also really appreciate that there are so many class times available. The owners, Raquel and Diego are great and super welcoming! I highly recommend this Crossfit gym!

Experiencia fantástica: The owner, Paul, keeps close tab on our individual progress and assigns how much weight we will each work with. He knows where each individual’s limits are and how to push people without putting their well-being at risk. There is a great sense of community and support for wherever you are with your health goals. I highly recommend you drop in and give the gym a shot.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s an excellent team here at CrossFit Reality. I’m not from California originally and I was new to CrossFit 6 months ago, so I was not sure how much I would enjoy this and was hesitant at first. After being here consistently going to many different classes, it really is a great group of people in each one. All the coaches that I’ve had Paul, Justin and Moose are awesome and I have progressed in the gym all over, but most impactfully outside of the gym. It’s a night and day difference that has taken some real faith at times, but has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Paul has been my main coach and has been very helpful to be able to pick his brain learning from his knowledge of CrossFit, health and fitness but most importantly has taught me to be a better leader. If you’re on the edge and are looking for a box that’s clean, spacious, inviting and diverse of all types; then look no further. CrossFit Reality could be the next or first box family for you.
