Experiencia fantástica: Good place to work out, people are friendly and it's completely judgement free so if you're ready to get back into shape you don't have to worry. As another member told me "Everyone has to start from somewhere."

Experiencia fantástica: This place is clean and usually not crowded. The staff have a great attitude. Very welcoming. There are 4 flat bench presses, 2 incline presses, 1 decline press, 3 squat racks, 2 deadlifting platforms and lots of machines, but only 1 pec deck. There are 3 lat row/pull down stations, which is more than most gyms. I forget how many adjustable benches they have, maybe 5 or 6. They do have classes and lots of other machines and cardio equipment, plus a functional area. Usually the music is good, but often they slip on the slow jams, which makes me want to relax in a tub with a glass of wine and a joint instead of powering through the next 60 minutes of cardio. Hydromassage is free. There's free tanning, I believe, though I haven't used it. The major drawback is parking. You have to purchase an annual parking pass ($25) to be able to park there. To do that, you have to deal with the parking office for the office complex (which closes at 3 pm and is well hidden on the lower level of the structure). There's a separate parking structure that you have to take a back road to enter by car and use a giant card to get in and out. They have normal hours right now. They close at 11 weekdays, 9 Fridays and 7 Saturday and Sunday. If you need a 24 hour Crunch, go to the one on Long Beach Blvd. That's a great gym, but fewer benches and more crowded than dtlb. One note, the first time you visit, you'll have trouble finding it. Go out the parking structure, then next to the bank building, take the steps down into the courtyard. Turn 90 degrees from where you expect to see it, then squint, and there it will be.

Parking is free after 630pm so it's worth the drive to get in and out and not wait for the people who come to the gym to look at themselves, use the phone, or have a meeting with their friends... you know who I'm talking about.

Experiencia fantástica: Affordable, and the machines are clean. I haven't encountered musty people yet. I love how the staff doesn't bother you at all, I used to go to 24 hr fitness and they would always go up to me while I was working out and try to get me to pay for personal trainer services.

Experiencia fantástica: I just Joined this gym and I'm glad I did. The advertisement is a little misleading because the advertised price is after the initial $49.00 to get started which still isn't bad. Just need to be more upfront, however but badly priced. The equipment and staff make this gym great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape. Most workout classes is included in the price, but you can always work out on you own as well.

Experiencia fantástica: The HIIT classes are fantastic. I really enjoy Matt, BC, Danielle, and Lynda's classes. The Fitness manager, Romeje is attentive to clients and genuinely wants you to progress and succeed. This is the first gym I truly enjoy going to. The instructors and trainers are all friendly and supportive. I feel comfortable the classes though I am not the most fit person (yet!). They also have great heath programs to keep you on track. My only complaint is that the front desk manager is not the greatest. He has a bit of an attitude problem and has a severe need to be right. That being said, he is barely at the desk so interactions with him are minimal. The rest of the front desk staff are welcoming and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like this place! It's my home gym. Depending on who the manager on duty is, sometimes the music sucks. But it's always clean and you go in there for a really great workout. They always provide the space time and equipment to do just that!
