Experiencia fantástica: Only go here if you like to have fun while you have a great workout. I did the Booty School and it was awesome. Yes, my booty was indeed schooled. The movements changed, so it wasn't overly repetitive. The music was good but not too loud like in other gyms I've been to. Carla's energy carried me through the class, it's a great atmosphere overall. The studio is also in a great location for a girls' day with a nail salon and food options nearby. I drove up from another city and will be doing it again. It's well worth the trip.
