Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to Coreology for years and it’s an addiction! The instructors are so encouraging. It can feel intimidating at first but I assure you that this is not a place where you’ll feel judged if you’re not able to do it at first. Give it a shot!

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to Coreology in 2013. I absolutely loved it back then but then I took a break because we moved. I returned to Coreology in November 2021 and I’ve been pleased to meet some new instructors who are totally awesome, plus my most favorite instructors are still there too. It’s overall the best studio I’ve been to, with the best workouts, instructors, and overall vibe. Even if you are out of shape like I was both times I started up, you can still hang in but it will challenge you for sure. Even when you get stronger, it will not ever be easy. Love it there!

The studio is warm and inviting, and the instructors are the best! They are always there for you to help you through your journey; calling modifications, pushing you to give it your all and sharing their positive energy though their workouts.

It was my first time and I was in awe of how strong the women around me were. I might need a week to recover but will definitely be back.
