I like Alpha dogs programming because you don’t feel dead after the workout and it’s designed so that I’m not too sore the next day. There’s so many cool and Interesting people here. Some are way in shape some are way outta shape but all really cool. And lastly the shower rooms are like VIP luxury.

Experiencia fantástica: Typically when someone hears the word “CrossFit” the first thing that comes to mind is “It’s to hard for me, it’s a cult, it’s too intimidating, I should be in shape first “. Between the amazing community of members and a coaching staff who is experienced, knowledgeable, fun and can help anyone (no matter what stage of life you’re in) feel comfortable during your one hour class. After your first class you will feel like you just found a family you never knew you needed. I’ve been in the CrossFit community for 11+ years now and I have called CrossFit AlphaDog my home for 7 of those years. This gym has been so resilient over these past two years as they were faced with many obstacle’s such as Covid, new coaching staff, new programming, a complete remodel and I can confidently say the gym has become stronger than ever. The gym not only has all the equipment you will ever need to achieve your fitness goals but they also have brand new bathrooms with showers, 24-hour gym access, advanced coaching staff, and a community of people who all have one common interest.. Better lifestyle through fitness

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped into CrossFit Alpha Dog and let me tell you, this place is where it’s at. The workout was a good one; mentally and physically challenging. The place was clean and spacious which is one quality that I look for when dropping into a gym. The coach was very mindful and helpful in everything from the warmup to the workout to where I could cool down with bands and rollers. 10/10 recommend this as your next drop in and will be dropping in the next time I’m here for work!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member at Alpha dog for a year now and couldn't be more happy!!!! Nice spacious box with all updated equipment!!! Coaching staff across the board is soild and very well trained in Crossfit WODS and movements!!! The programming is good and hits all the members needs!!! And a added bonus is that is probably one of the cleaned boxes I have been to!!! Definitely a 5⭐️ box in the Chicagoland area!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been at Crossfit Alpha Dog for two and a half years. In my time there, I have been grateful to meet some amazing people- some that will remain lifelong friends. When motivation to work out is low, it's the relationships with other members and the friendships that keep you coming back day in and day out. The gym itself is well equipped and the workouts can be scaled to meet the needs of all members. I hope one day I will be at fit as Kevin Neal.

Experiencia fantástica: The gym was resilient when faced with some adversity. We have great flexibility as members and have the ability to access the gym when we can’t make a class. The bathrooms were recently remodeled which was a nice update and the LOUNGE! Woof! The shindigs back there are a nice way to end your workout session. Everyone puts in high quality work here. Saturdays are partner workouts which is always a blast!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to this gym since they opened in 2013. Not only has this gym helped me maintain fitness but it has also taught me Olympic lifting and gymnastics along with providing guidance around nutrition and long term heath and wellness. Above all this, I have developed strong friendships with the coach’s and the members. Without the community at CrossFit Alpha Dog, I wouldn’t have stuck around 9 years later. I recommend this place for anyone looking to get in shape, get a better understanding of long term health and wellness or looking for a community to motivate and encourage them.

Experiencia fantástica: Big, spacious environment with plenty of equipment, skilled coaches and fun, varied workouts. In only a couple of months I've been able to lift more weight than I thought would ever be possible. Alpha Dog has definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and I'm glad for it.

Experiencia fantástica: Great facilities and excellent trainers, always pushing me to do more and to never give up. I have improved my fitness more than I would have ever expected. Enjoy going to the gym and enjoy the workouts, the recent changes in the workouts are really good as well. We have a great group of people too supporting each other during workouts.
