Experiencia fantástica: I have thoroughly enjoyed attending the Fitbox classes (even when sweat drips into my eyes). The classes are by no means easy however the coaches (Alex, Blake, Jett and Maura) verbally encourage you throughout the session. Give Keppner Boxing a try, you will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never enjoyed working out until this gym. THAT SAYS A LOT!!!!!!!! The staff is so kind and the trainers are so encouraging yet challenging. I am so happy that I am finally doing something good for my physical wellbeing and not dreading it; in fact, I look FOWARD to it. I recommend this gym to any and everyone who seeks positive results within themselves!
