Experiencia fantástica: This is a hidden gem I feel very lucky to have found. The programming is perfectly intense (and there are always modifications if you need them), the coaching is great (I’ve been lifting for a long time, but Matt always has great feedback on ways I can improve my form), and the community is just awesome. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you love data like I do, they have in body scans and an app to track your workouts. They also have open gym hours if the class format isn’t quite your thing. 10/10 recommend. Best gym I’ve been to in a long long time.

Not only did they meet me where I was at but brent and his team pushed me to be heights with my fitness. Can't say enough about the community as a support system and how they make you feel welcomed. My Deadlift has gone up over 150lbs since I've started.

The trainers; Brent, Matt and Keith are so knowledgeable, caring, they look out 100% for your needs, being a larger women, they provide modifications so I am able to get the most out of my workout, they help and guide you with your nutrition, they are making my workout journey the best. All of the trainers are helpful and push you to meet your fitness goals but they aren't overbearing. I love working out here and I've seen so many positive improvements in my health and strength during my time here.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has been part of my life since it opened. The trainers inspire you to show up every day and push your boundaries in a fun, effective, non-threatening way. I knew Brent, the owner because he was a trainer at the previous gym I went to. When he opened his gym, he brought it to the next level. Some of the people I have met are my best friends, we have fun working out, but you can also show up to open gym and just do your thing (we all have those days) We also brunch and celebrate special occasions with each other. You don’t just get fast results here, you get sustainable results because they coach you in all aspects of your life, exercise, nutrition, work/life balance. Since I hit my personal best “fitness” level a few years ago, I’d say I have been able to stay in the same clothes, and my muscles are always looking toned, I get compliments all the time. If you want huge, they can do that too!
