Experiencia fantástica: I found this place at the end of the summer when all indoor gyms were shut down due to COVID-19. They offered outdoor workouts in the parking lot and I was hooked from day 1. Very personable coaches who really know their stuff and are patient with those like me who are new to CrossFit. Tough but fun workouts with a lot of variety. Now that indoor workouts are allowed and the weather is cold, the workouts are indoors. I certainly don't want to contract COVID, but I feel totally safe working out here -- there's a lot of floor space and very high ceilings. Everyone has their own 10x10 space to work out in and most classes are only partially full. I highly recommend group workouts and this place in particular.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff, excellent members, amazing facility. Let me preface this review in that I am 46 and have not done ANY physical exercise since high school. The staff and members are helpful and supportive. The class sizes are small and the instructors do a great job helping me work my way up. I've been at this about 3 months now and feel much better every day.
