Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here 2+ times weekly for a few months for the yoga and cycling classes, and a few others in between. It's been great. I needed the extra motivation of signing up for classes to get myself on the mat. The instructors are all super experienced in their discipline.

Experiencia fantástica: My review is for Joya Yoga Livermore studio. By far my favorite bikram yoga studio. I always have favorite teachers, but in Joya Yoga everybody is my favorite. I believe they have a good process to select the best! This studio has such good energy and vibe and its an amazing way to be healthy in a fun way. I usually take Bikram Yoga and Biking classes and I am really happy with my experience thus far! Mostly taken Ashley's Bikram and Christina's biking classes and they are AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best Yoga studio in the area. Clean, multiple classes every day and friendly stuff. They clean the room after each session. It is not like some other places people walking around with shoes on. Some classes can be crowded due to certain time of the day and favorite instructors. Hot Yoga and Vinyasa Flow are my favorites. Wish you would open a studio in Pleasanton some day.

Experiencia fantástica: THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! I really love the ariel yoga class where you do yoga but in a silk hammock thing. It’s really fun. I really love this yoga studio. Only problem is they are a bit expensive.

From the staff, to the cleanliness of the studio and changing rooms to the other students. I love this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Bikram Yoga Livermore is so much more than a place to exercise. It is a supportive environment where people come together to practice different exercise principles that support core strength, promote flexibility and encourage body awareness and acceptance. All of this happens in addition to developing meditative practices beginning with breath work, mindfulness and chivasana which the staff easily helps encourage. This is not just a place to exercise but a community. It is a place to find where you can push yourself to the limit and also where you can find acceptance when you need to be gentle and honor your limitations. I am grateful for the Bikram Yoga Livermore community. Come practice with us!

Experiencia fantástica: Love - love - love it here! Deanna is passionate about providing everyone an exceptional yoga experience, even if you’ve never been before. The facility is inviting, well kept and the array of classes provide something for any body. You might become hooked, like I am, to hot yoga if you can get past the first few intense hot classes! It’s worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great studio! All the instructors are awesome! I love the many choices we have for different classes. If you haven't tried the Vinyasa Flow classes, I highly recommend it, as well as the Yin/Yoga/Nindra class.

I was initially intimidated, but once I got started and saw how kind the people were, I felt right at home. I'm 53 years old and have had back and hip pain for years, but in 2 months I am more flexible and my pain is almost gone. Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking the Bikram and Yin yoga classes in this studio for 7 months. The teachers are all very professional and really love what they do. Their caring attitude shines through whether it is 5:30 am or 8:00 pm. The studio is well managed and always clean. I highly recommend the studio and all of the teachers.

Experiencia fantástica: Bikram Yoga Livermore is a great place to go for yoga - bikra or vinyasa and also for hot pilates. The owners and staff care about their members and the facility is always clean.

Experiencia fantástica: I know this studio since it opened. It is spacious, clean and very well maintained. The teachers are very professional and courteous. After each class you are offered fresh fruits and coco juice. No other place around does this. They wipe the floors after each class to provide optimum clean environment for the next class. Special thanks to the owners Deanna and Raj for making this studio a happy and desirable place to be in. You rock!
