The equipment is well maintained and the cost is easy on the wallet. The Fitness Bar is a great place to hang out and socialize after workout. Additional services are plentiful! Pool is well kept too, as well as the steam room. Suwannee Counties preeminent place to workout.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym ever. Sandy, the water aerobics instructor, is a true delight and excellent at leading class. Management does an excellent job of responding to members. Amber the receptionist is wonderful and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I go to the Mayo location, which is open 24/7, 7 days a week! The classes that they offer are always exciting with Scott's bootcamp being my personal favorite. There's never a dull moment and you leave satisfied with your workout and definitely feeling the burn! Melissa's tabata is my second favorite, I started with this class and was so scared because I'm not a gym person but the friendly faces of everyone that work out there (plus a sweet lady next to me that showed me a modified version of everything if I couldnt keep up with the harder stuff) is what made me like going to this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly people and atmosphere. Great prices considering all they have to offer! In addition to the gym itself they have indoor heated pool, spa and jacuzzi. Many classes offered including aqua aerobics.

Experiencia fantástica: Gym is always clean and the staff are all very friendly. They even have a pool! This gym has many different classes to choose from and even has a massage therapist and a salon right inside.There are 2 supplement shops one of them even sells smoothies and meal replacement shakes. IHands down best gym in town!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everytime I come to town, I make sure I'm hitting the gym and this is the gym I stop at. It's a nice facility for being in our small town and it offers alot of different classes/amenities. There is the sauna, hot tub, pool, personal trainers, and crossfit (just to list a few). The prices aren't bad for a monthly membership and the staff works with you on your fitness needs. Definitely a spot I'll keep attending when I'm in town.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place live oak has everything little bit of a drive but it is a 24/7 facility. Mayo great location 24/7 just wish it had 1 punching bag and a couple thick mats to practice on. But great otherwise.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful, clean, upbeat, and lots of classes! The owners and staff go out of there way to make this the best gym experience! They also have massage therapy clinic, spray tanning, boxing room and and indoor pool, hot tub and sauna and an excellent motivated Cross fit program!!!
