Experiencia fantástica: I am 77 years old and have been Jazzercising since 1997. I am an obvious fan of this fun way of exercising! I am a widow now, but my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed going dancing and this is as close as I can get to that enjoyment again! I absolutely love the instructors, the music, the routines, and the other jazzerpeeps, who have become like family. I have severe arthritis and my chiropractor has told me this is the best thing I could be doing to keep me moving...and fun, too!
