What I will say so far is ⬇️ ➖️. ..It's circuit style , and a surprise every single day , so you can't get bored. ➖️. ..You realize very quickly, you're stronger than you think you are and you can do more than you thought. ➖️. .. If you're doing something in not so great form , Dalton will kindly correct you so you don't get hurt. ➖️. .. People like me who have ZERO coordination are welcome without shame! and help provided! ➖️.. . After YEARS of saying ... "I'm not a class person" ....it turns out ... I AM a class person and I enjoy the comraderey, encouragement, and accountability. There's just something special about finishing a hard workout with a small group of people. ➖️.. Experiencia fantástica: I'm so glad I found this place! The classes are challenging and super fun. We just moved here in September 2021 and I have been searching for the right gym. One Saturday morning I was walking by and I heard Honey instructing the class! Went in to take a quick peek and knew right away this was the gym for me. Dalton is super knowledgeable and a great instructor. Always coming up with new and fun workouts! Check it out!

He makes sure each person is using the correct form on all exercises. I learn new techniques everyday! I look forward to the diverse workouts! Each day is different! I would definitely recommend B3 to any fitness level!
