Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member for about a year now and love it. The atmosphere is excellent for training in any style; music included. From the turf flooring to Olympic bumper plates/racks, there are the tools are you need to get to the next level or simply improve yourself for you. This isn't your ordinary gym full of treadmills and elliptical machines (although they do have a few of those). I personally enjoy the variety of equipment that is not typically provided in a typical gym, including: tires (3 sizes), sledgehammer, weighted vests, row machines, Olympic rings, and sandbags, to name a few. Oh, and chalk, cannot forget the chalk! Last but not least, the trainers are a great group of people who have the knowledge and credentials to help you improve your fitness.

I recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer in the Northwest Suburbs!! She very encouraging and always has positive feedback. She will make you work for your money, it is well worth it!!

They have all of the equipment that we need for our power-lifting workout routines. We are so glad that we joined!

Experiencia positiva: Good place to workout and participate in small group cardio and strength training. Neil and Aaron are great. Very helpful. All the equipment you need to get the results you desire. I found them on Groupon and purchased 8 sessions. So far I registered for 3 classes and enjoy the rigorous program and open gym access too. I can do the milder versions of the tougher movements without feeling bad and that works for me.

Experiencia fantástica: I give Arc Performance a 10/10 or 5 stars. Whatever scale you’re using. Neil is the reason. He is patient and able to work with people of all ability levels. I can see myself transforming here. I was initially intimidated to come here but after meeting Neil I feel comfortable and really at ease. He’s great!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved into this area, and walked into Arc Performance looking for work and a place to train. They weren't hiring at the time but Neil was incredibly nice , and I could tell that there was a great team there. I used my complimentary week pass and can tell you this gym is perfect for anyone who takes there training seriously. Plenty of squat racks and platforms a space for pushing sleds and some cardio equipment. Stop in talk to Neil and see the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, fully equipped for powerlifting and Olympic lifting as well as sports training, with 4 power racks & platforms, and bumper plates. Great trainers and community. Open gym membership is reasonably priced, though obviously costs a little more than the average strip mall/globo gym. Only complaint is lousy hours, but it's worth making the adjustment.

They have all of the equipment you could ever need to work every part of your body, and there are several classes offered for those who don't like to workout alone. The owner and the personal trainers, who are all extremely skilled at what they do, all take the time to get to know each of the members, and they will work with you to overcome any injuries or concerns you may have. The price is right, too! You truly won't find a better place!
