Experiencia fantástica: It is a great experience. I say experience because it is not an exercise cookie cutter gym. It is a personal, integrating, caring and interactive program in order to reach health goals. I am not a fit member (unfortunately, due to pricing), but I did participate in a 10-Week program. I like that the approach included food, lifestyle changes and, obviously, exercise. So far, the best kickboxing place I know. They have availability before and after normal week work hours which is great. They include a community of chats, people, facebook, and local supporting businesses (Like Max Muscle). All that said, it does take effort to participate and one cannot successfully make it with just half intentions. Changing to a healthy lifestyle is hard and Farrell’s is there for you.
