Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely loved this place! My brother and I came here in hopes to find a place to workout while visiting from out of state. The service is great and so is the equipment. They are very welcoming and I 100% would stay with this gym if we lived in the area but since we don’t I definitely recommend it to anyone searching for a great gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Love, love this gym. Joleen is an amazing instructor. Always positive and encouraging! My daughter and I have been taking the classes for awhile now. My daughter just started speed and agility training classes with Joleen and loves it. We love the atmosphere and it feels like a little family there. I highly recommend you try out a class.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so impressed with this gym! It's so needed in the Roseville area and the mother/daughter owners are super kind and the kind of people I love to support. The gym offers both classes and open gym, their equipment is super new and there's tons of squat racks which I love. I took a night boxing conditioning style class and it was SOOOO FUN and I was so sore after! The lighting honestly makes it feel like a club... but healthier. Love going here and I will continue to for sure!
