Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience while dropping in to CrossFit Roseville. The Coach was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave a lot of great and helpful coaching tips. The other athletes were friendly and welcoming. If I lived in Roseville I would make CF Roseville my daily Box.

Experiencia fantástica: Did a drop in while in town and was absolutely impressed with the coaches and members. Full range from those just starting to more advanced lifters. Everyone was cheering for each other.

Experiencia fantástica: There is no better community. Doesn't matter if your 16 or 60. All are welcome and all of the workouts can be modified to fit your fitness level. It may sound intimidating but this Crossfit gym is totally inclusive to everyone. Give it a shot. Come for a workout and fall in love with the amazing people.

Everyone is supportive, friendly, and genuine. Great group of people, great leadership, positive environment that enables you to grow more than you can imagine!

I turned 60 this year and absolutely love and look forward to the workouts with people of all ages.If you have kids, there is a safe place for them to play - even dogs come for visits! If you want a welcoming, caring place where you will see change in your fitness level, you must give CFRV a try!

The coaches are fantastic and really want everyone to be successful. The best part is you don’t have to already be “in shape” to workout and get in shape.

Community, Nutrition and personal health are the coaches top priorities and they deliver!! I continue to achieve fitness goals and have made friends for life.
