Experiencia fantástica: I'm 13 and I originally agreed to sign up with my Mom because she needed me to be her gym partner. I ended up loving it and wanting to go all the time. "Boss" has helped me so much by making me realize my strength. I feel more confident in myself than I ever have, she really is the BEST!!

I may be half asleep when I get here but I leave happy and ready to face whatever the day brings! The trainers are awesome and so very welcoming! Our “gym family” always makes me laugh! Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love 9Round. Don’t hesitate: just do it. 30 minutes of the HIIT workout and you’re done....try it, i promise you’ll not regret it. It’s the only workout where I have ever felt strong physically, emotionally, psychologically. The trainers are great: they’re always moving, helping, encouraging & pushing you to strive for your own greatness. Can’t say enough good things

When I joined 9round in Rocklin, I intend to workout three times per week but I enjoy it so much that I go almost every day!!

I was referred here by a friend and fell in love my first workout. “Boss” and all of the trainers here are not only amazing trained, but amazing humans as well. This place is transforming my body and my mind for the better. In just a few short months this has become my home away from home. I drive across town to come here and it is totally worth it!! If you are looking for a gym that will help make you be the best you inside and out this is your place!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great trainers who treat you like family, push you to your max so you get the best workout, and make it tons of fun while doing it. You never have the same workout twice so you never get bored. The workouts are a great stress reducer, make you feel great, and help build your energy level. My husband and I make a fun "date night" out of it to keep each other motivated. Would recommend 9Round Rocklin to anyone.

The trainers are always positive and very helpful. I walk in and they know me by name, they really make me feel welcomed. And I leave exhausted, sweaty and ready for more the next day. Experiencia fantástica: This workout is unlike any other!! The trainers, Victoria and Brad (the owners) and the members are all great and encouraging. First workout is free and once you try it you'll love it too!! I lost 70 lbs and earned myself a free shirt!! Come drink the koolaid...you'll love it!!!
