Experiencia fantástica: The instructors and classes are amazing at this studio. The studio owner is so passionate about her work and everyone who attends can truly feel it. I have only positive things to say about Studio Elevate Fit.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working with Sarah for just over a month. I train with her twice a week and words are not adequate for the training I receive. I have limitations due to numerous joint replacements, yet Sarah has modified the exercises for me. If you're not certain if this type of training is for you, I highly recommend you have a one on one training session with Sarah.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so happy I found this amazing studio! I’m about 3.5 months post op tummy tuck with muscle repair and haven’t worked out in about 6 months. All of the trainers have been so helpful and have taken the time to show me modifications when a core or ab workout comes up. The classes are AMAZING! After trying Fusion, BurnBarre, and Elevate, I signed up for the “100 days of Summer” membership. I highly recommend this studio!
