Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! The instructors and support staff are THE BEST you’ll find in the industry. I’m a 46 year old female with hypothyroidism and have experienced significant results by simply staying consistent with sessions and following dietary recommendations suggested by the ISI team! The facility is always spotless, the atmosphere is high energy with constant encouragement and motivation from fellow members and instructors. The fun and exciting sessions are never the same! I burn on average about 450 active calories a session and I have a blast doing it! Check this place out if you are in the market, no way you’ll have any regrets!

Experiencia fantástica: Attended my first 3 sessions. Used 3 separate time slots worked with three different coaches, and 3 completely different sessions. Not only was every employee we encountered helpful and knowledgeable they all seemed vested in ensuring you had a good experience and left feeling both capable and supported in your fitness journey. I personally saw them disinfect between every session including a full mop and vacuum. All the equipment was in excellent condition. Even the "teammates" were inclusive. I watched the owner jump in and fully participate in 2 separate sessions, while taking direction form the coaches. Give this experience a try and be proud of what you can indeed accomplish!

Each day they rotate focus areas and end the session with the most amazing cold rag!! Also the coaches keep it super hype!! The best way to wake up in the morning
