Experiencia fantástica: Been with Rich 8 years this June and love him! He pays attention to individual goals of his clients. He offers challenges to all his clients to keep in shape and the weight off. Rich also does Sunday boot camps for charity❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Accelerated fitness is a great place to workout! Rich caters his workouts to each of his clients and is able to challenge clients of all levels. The gym is is a great space, always clean and has all the equipment you need. Rich is community oriented and is always hosting boot camps to raise money for different charities.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out at Accelerated Fitness with Rich for 8 years, maybe longer. The time has flown by and I have loved every minute of it. I am over 60, strong, healthy and physically and mentally fit. Rich has been there for me through cancer treatment, shoulder reconstruction surgery and the various aches and pains of a life actively lived. He has always tailored my workouts to my personal fitness goals and physical capacity. He challenges me while keeping me from injuring myself or wasting my time on useless pieces of gym equipment. All of his clients are considerate, caring and encouraging. In addition to a great workout, a session at AF frequently leads to a good conversation or serious belly laugh, which is beneficial for the brain and the core! I highly recommend making Accelerated Fitness a part of a healthy lifestyle!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Rich's personalized training program has helped me eliminated chronic hip pain and now I am able to run and play golf with ease! He continually adjusts my weekly workout sessions to address issues he sees. It's never boring and its always just enough to push me in the right direction!

Experiencia fantástica: 7 years & counting, I depend on Accelerated Fitness. I'm scheduled, so I go. My workout combines aerobic, weights, balance, strength, flexibility. When I have a sore spot, I learn how to mend it. When I need more push, I get it. You can't go wrong spending time at Accelerated Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been training with Rich for many years now. We go once a week for full body work out, cross training, weights etc. Our exercises vary periodically and really help with our overall fitness. My husband is a runner, and with Rich coaching he has had less injuries and has increased his flexibility. We also really enjoy being able to go together to workout. Rich knowledge is remarkable. He is also able to adjust your workout if you are injured or have any issues. He is the best trainer !

Experiencia fantástica: Just turned 60 and feel great! Accelerated Fitness is a special studio. What stands out is Rich's detailed and professional approach to making sure workouts are aimed at my condition level and goals. His calm and pleasant approach combined with exceptional knowledge of the body helps avoid injuries while strengthening all areas. Rich has a great personality, is highly supportive and fun to be around. I've been a client for over 10 years! I highly recommend Accelerated Fitness

Experiencia fantástica: I was very hesitant to try working out again with a personal trainer but all my concerns went away when I discovered Accelerated Fitness and started a fitness program with Alex. Alex and Rich provide top-notch individualized fitness programs, plenty of encouragement, and a comfortable well-designed workout space. I am really happy with the progress I have made so far!

Experiencia fantástica: Accelerated Fitness is a great gym with clean and state of the art equipment. Rich is a top notch trainer. I’ve been working with him for 3 years and he has consistently provided me with fun, challenging workouts to help me meet my fitness goals. The workouts are structured to provide consistency but are changed regularly with many exercise variations, so you never get bored. Rich does a good job at structuring individual workouts in a group environment that address each individual’s fitness level and any limitations that clients may have.

Experiencia fantástica: Rich Ruffing has helped me with my workout routines for over 10 years. He's an experienced fitness trainer; Rich is a great listener who has helped me select the most effective, efficient exercises to achieve my fitness goals. His coaching has taught me the importance of proper warmups, stretching, and technique to maximize my exercise efforts. Rich Ruffing is a good guy, a great motivator, and a real pro!

Experiencia fantástica: Accelerated Fitness is the best gym! The trainers are excellent. I have been working with Rich since 2011. I actually moved about 20 miles away and still go to Accelerated Fitness. In other gyms, you may see trainers follow clients around with a clipboard and not really help out, text away while the clients have bad form, or just chat with the clients instead of guiding them through exercise. Such situations do not occur at Accelerated Fitness. Rich and the other trainers work directly with the clients to ensure everyone is performing exercises safely, and are doing sequences of exercises that help the clients work toward their personal fitness and wellbeing goals. The trainers also offer nutrition consultation and body composition measurements. The gym and equipment are clean and fully functional. Equipment includes, but is not limited to: dumbbells up to 100 pounds, flat benches, incline benches, olympic bar and weights, bench area/squat rack, cable machine, pull-up bars, multiple TRX, boxes, ropes, air bikes, woodway treadmill, rowing machine, skiing machine. In addition to 1:1 personal and small group training, Accelerated Fitness occasionally offers bootcamp classes. The classes are usually held on Sunday (special edition fundraiser bootcamps) or for 4-6 consecutive weeks, once per week. Accelerated Fitness has also formed teams for athletic events such as 5k road races or spartan races. If you are thinking about trying Accelerated Fitness, they do offer the first session for free.
