Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit Rove can take any person at any fitness level and through the use of accommodations and/or modifications help that person grow his/her athleticism as far as the person desires to go. The coaching staff is caring, intelligent, and absolutely phenomenal at what they do. All it takes is commitment and an open dialogue which is very easy in the comfortable, close-knit environment that is provided. I cannot thank this business enough for helping me to grow stronger both physically and mentally - accepting challenges as they come and using them as opportunities for continual growth.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who hadn't worked out since the 90s I was a little nervous to go to something like CrossFit. But it turned out beautifully for me... The coaching is top notch. They explain how to do all of the movements in easy to follow instructions, and they'll keep helping you until you get it.... There's no pressure to be the biggest or fastest or strongest. At CF Rove every single movement can be scaled to accommodate each individual. In fact the trainers will challenge you, but they will insist that you only do movements you can safely do. They won't push you beyond your limits (that's how you get hurt). They'll just help you keep moving so you can eventually expand your limits... I can't recommend this place enough.
