Experiencia fantástica: The Sanctuary is a wonderful and unique location. As someone who had never had Thai Bodywork done before I wasn't sure what to expect but I was instantly put at ease and felt 100% comfortable. It is a great place and the owner is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: By far my favorite yoga studio in the area. Shanna has created a beautiful space that calms your soul the minute you enter; coupled with her radiant energy you immediately feel welcomed and comforted.

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot describe the way I felt from the moment I walked in to current which it's been hours since I left . Amazing amazing woman. Amazing place. I found a place i feel st peace and at home. Now going to try aerial yoga there!! Definitly going to keep going. Today i did the $45 for 4t mins of soak and sugar scrub. Next week doing reflexology for my feet. Going to try thai body work the week after. In the next 90 days I will try all this place has to offer and keep you updated. Experiencia fantástica: A true sanctuary..loaded with zen, good energy and a very calming touch. I have found my home away from home. You can literally feel the soothing energy. Wanted to try reflexology. Went feeling stressed and weighed down. Literally leave your shoes by the door..spend an hour or 90 minutes...and leave feeling invigorated and in balance. Instantly fell in love with this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Tried aerial yoga for the first time. Her studio was luxuriously minimalist, with all items seeming to have their purpose. The space seemed enormous, there was a lavish mix of textures and materials. The back room was beautifully lit by the afternoon sun streaming through the gauzy curtain draped windows. She let us set the pace for the class, she was kind and gentle and very receptive to our needs. This is an excellent space.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great yoga studio. Shanna is wonderful. She is patient with newbies like me. The setting is peaceful and calming. She spent a lot of time getting the studio to be the perfect environment for mindfulness. Her enthusiasm is obvious. It is a perfect compliment to all of the running I do.
