Experiencia fantástica: All the other reviews will tell you that the programming is great, the coaches are amazing and actually caring, and the equipment is top tier (which I agree with!), but this is also by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in. It is immaculate all the time. And while that’s certainly nice in and of itself, it’s also a reflection of the owners and how much they love this place and want it to be perfect for all the members - and that trickles down to the programming, the equipment, the coaches and the overall kindness and caring in this place. Couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Before going To my first class, I had email communication with one of the coaches. They were able to answer my questions and had a quick response time. When I showed up for my first class the coach greeted me, and was able to explain the workout and demonstrate the movements. The movements were modified as needed so I still got a good workout even if I couldn’t follow the workout as prescribed. Everyone there was friendly. There was no pressure to join. So far, I give them 5 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Great group of people. Very welcoming members and great coaches who work to bring the crossfit principles to all ability levels. Highly recommend stopping by.
