Experiencia fantástica: I consider myself pretty active; I run half marathons, train for triathlons, and lift five days a week. I've been wanting to try crossfit for years, but was pretty turned off by the douchy vibe I've gotten from other gyms in my area of Normal Heights. When a Groupon came up for the fundamentals course (normally anywhere from $200-400 at other gyms) I decided to take a chance. The coaches are all super cool, they are military friendly, and really offer their support and advice without arrogance. After doing my research, they offer the best prices for their fundamentals course, monthly memberships for couples and military singles, too. I'm hooked and excited to see how far I can push myself!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! Great gym and equipment! Great workouts and coaching! Great people and atmosphere! My husband and I drop in, whenever we are in town. Andy is awesome!!! He is always welcoming and helpful. The members are great too...friendly and encouraging. I've never felt unwelcome. We workout at gym in Ventura and KMF feels like a home away from home.

Experiencia fantástica: This is more than a gym, this is a family. I have been a member at this gym for over 3 years and have had the honor of meeting some pretty amazing people, and working with the best coaches. The community and atmosphere here is like nothing I have ever experienced. I look forward to coming everyday and seeing my family and getting a good workout in. Not only is it a great CrossFit gym, but now the whole family can get into shape because they offer a Kids CrossFit program! The program is fairly new, but is so unique and so much fun. My kids vary from age 7 to 12 and they had a blast and learned about fitness, form and healthy eating options during their 6 week class. The kids CrossFit class is instructed by a super bubbly coach who is patient, and very attentive to the kids. If you are looking for a gym that has flexible classes, is inclusive and family friendly I encourage you to try KMF. I am so happy to have found this gym, from day one I knew this was the perfect gym for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great gym. The community here is amazing. I’ve made life long friends here. They just started CrossFit kids and my kids are loving it. They have fun games that incorporated the movements to help them learn, keeps them moving and smiling. The coaches are wonderful and encouraging.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me tell you KMF CrossFit is not joke! Saturday metcon was intense! Thank you coach David and Andy Rojas for the killer workout and pushing us through out our whole session! I’m definitely planning to come back and bring friends! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! Thanks for making us feel apart of the KMF family! Another thing I love about this gym is that you can be at any fitness level to go and workout. Experiencia fantástica: As a foreign living in San Diego for a while now, I could never imagine that I would have met the best Crossfit box in town. They are super friendly, even coaches and athletes, they are extremely patient to explain how to perform correctly each movement. I strongly recommend KMF. I do love to work out there.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the gym and how it feels like a big family. The coaches are very helpful and motivating and so are the athletes. I have been coming to the gym for about 4 years and have seen major improvements on my overall health, from losing 55 lbs to constantly pushing my limits.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this gym for about 2 years now and they really know their stuff, all the coaches take their time teaching you each movement before and during the workout. If you've never done crossfit they do modify the workouts so you can progress and eventually get that movement down. I love KMF!!

Experiencia fantástica: I lost 15 pounds under 5 weeks just by sticking to their classes and following their nutrition guidance. The facility is kept well, clean bathroom, lots of space, friendly people, and very helpful coaches! I was hesitant to try Crossfit at first but because of this gym I wish I would've started earlier!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in from out of town and was looking for a new box. The staff was great to me , after trying their free week and several boxes I choose to stay here. They offer several choices of training . Competition format and classic Crosfit programming . The facility is great on space and equipment. Community and training environment is outstanding .
