Experiencia fantástica: Proven Strength is the place to go if you're interested in Olympic Weightlifting. Jenny is a spectacular coach. She has a near super-human "coaches eye" and will notice even the smallest of faults or inefficiencies in your technique and she will help you correct those issues. Her number one priority is the client. When she gives you corrective queues or advice, which she will do often, she always does it in a friendly and professional way. The community at Proven Strength is great too. Whether you are a veteran or a newbie, weak or strong, the other gym members will support you and make you feel like part of the group. If you give Proven Strength (and Jenny) a try you will get stronger, you will get better at Olympic Lifts, and you will have fun doing so!
