I had a nagging ACL injury and his careful eye and expert advise helped me recover better than three rounds of physical therapy. It's a love-hate relationship ... I am exhausted now after just finishing a workout but I am very appreciative of the injury-prevention aspects. Chris' workouts enable me to keep running, biking, and playing soccer without injury. I have been enjoying the benefits of Chris' workouts for many years and my enthusiasm spread. First my daughter joined me, then my son, and then my wife. My daughter and son play high-level soccer and many others have noticed their improvements which were the result of Chris' workouts. Then my wife, who does not necessarily like to workout really enjoyed experiencing immediate gains. Functional strength training and core stability are some of Chris' fundamentals.
