Experiencia fantástica: If I could train with Libby every day, I definitely would! I found 100% fitness through a member of my church and thought I would give it a try. I researched the facility and the owner and decided to attend a personal training assessment. I was able to see a class when I arrived and everyone was all together. Libby, the owner and trainer, was in the middle and involved with each member of the class. Sweat was dripping off these ladies! During the assessment with Libby for personal training within the 45 minutes of the designed program that she coordinated, I had worked out muscles that were long overdue to be worked out. Libby explained everything to me from start to finish and during each exercise. She watched every move and was complimentary to support me through each move whether I could finish it all out or just get halfway. Her personalized attention, no gym membership required, small classes, and the overall energy of her studio had me sign up that afternoon because I know that with her guidance and program, I will see favorable results but more importantly, rebuild a healthy lifestyle. Electronics are used in her studio that way you always know where your heart rate is and how many calories you've burned during the exercise. What good is it to exercise if you don't know if your body is really putting in the work? She is not a beach body coach. She is a certified personal trainer with a lot of accomplishments. The best part of her studio is that she does not have a "gym membership" requirement. You are able to buy passes and attend the classes based on your schedule. That was exactly what I was looking for! I have several jobs and not always being able to get to the gym but still having to "donate" my money to them was painful in my purse. Libby offers more than several great packages for her class passes. I'm looking forward to achieving my fitness and health goals with Libby and her team. Definitely check out this studio!

Experiencia fantástica: 110Fit has something for everyone! You are made to feel WELCOME and ENCOURAGED to get a great workout regardless of your personal fitness level. I took a class that was above my physical ability, but the owner made modifications to the moves for those of us who were lagging behind. I left feeling so PUMPED and ACCOMPLISHED! This is not another big box gym but a place where your personal fitness goals matter. The first class I took was free also.

Experiencia fantástica: 110%Fit is an amazing studio. The class sizes are great and the workouts are intense. Full body fusion is my favorite. You wont be disappointed at 110% Fit.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had over a dozen trainers in the last 8 years and it's hard to find someone who knows their stuff. Today was my first evaluation and the owner is extremely knowledgable. I'm definitely coming back because her philosophy on getting results is spot on!
