Experiencia fantástica: Walking into the doors was the hardest thing I have ever done and it honestly was one of the best decisions of my life. Michelle and Norm (along with countless members) changed my life. I have never been to a more supportive gym in my life! Michelle and Norm adapted each exercise to my abilities and as I grew stronger they continued to challenge me. The atmosphere in the gym is so positive and uplifting they are always there to answer a question or to help anyone when needed. Not only have I lost weight but I have gained self confidence, friends, and muscle! It is an amazing gym and I feel blessed to be a member!!

Experiencia fantástica: A fantastic gym. I was brand new to CrossFit when I found this place over a year ago. Norm and Michelle have made me feel welcome. They helped me modify things as needed (I am over 50), set and accomplish personal goals. I also appreciate that the gym is so clean and organized. Don’t slack off though…..they will call you out .

It isn't just a gym but a gym family, they support each other in and out of the gym. I walk in every morning to a fist bump from one of the owners...I have felt welcomed from the first day I walked in...

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym, facility, members and coaches around! Very clean / great equipment / with personal attention from the coaches during every workout. Here you are treated like family. Not only do the coaches motivate you when you’re there but it’s the only gym I’ve belonged to where they care enough to check on you if you miss a few classes. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I just started getting into crossfit, and I am in love with it already, as a beginner I get the help and push that I need,(Everybody there is encouraging and it feels good to get the support from other members too). I been going on the Not the norm crossfit website for months and I have only one regret and that's not starting sooner.... regular gyms to me is normally boring, I played on my phone more there. With not the norm its constant work Coach making sure you're doing your routine and it's done correctly..... I can honestly say it's worth it to me.
