They consistently guide to the levels of the entire room, giving alternative poses for those who need a little relief or challenge in their practice. The studio is a welcoming environment filled with smiles. I’m so thankful to have NW Yoga in our little town, where I don’t have to drive far, to get a high quality-hour of yoga, that brings me back down to earth after a long day!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm very much a beginner with yoga and I don't always feel comfortable going to a new class. Not the case here! Relaxing, inviting and inclusive atmosphere. Adapted movements to guide all levels and left feeling amazing. I can't wait to go again!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great place. I dropped in one day & felt so welcome and comfortable. There’s no pressure to commit to a membership if you’re not sure if it’s a good fit as the drop in rates are so reasonable too. The instructors offer modifications on poses so all levels of experience and physical needs are taken into consideration. While I’ve practiced yoga for some time it’s been a long time since I was able to partake in a class that was in studio so I signed up for their FREE Intoduction to Yoga class - it was great. Relaxed, informative & just perfect. If you’re new to yoga or experienced give this studio a try. You won’t be disappointed!
