Experiencia fantástica: Best coaches ever! Would recommend to every single person

Experiencia fantástica: My family recently joined Willamette Valley CrossFit and we are having a great experience. My two teens are receiving good instruction and the coaches are very careful about scaling workouts to fit their fitness level and experience. I have actually known Nancy and the crew for about 5 years and I am pleased with their continual improvement and emphasis on education and moving forward. This is a great place to train!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here for a little under 2 months now, and I wish I would have come here way sooner. I have learned a lot of new techniques from the coaches in the short time I've been here, and the atmosphere is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about crossfit or this gym. I use to go to just regular gyms for years which was good, but I never had the coaching aspect that I really needed, and didn't realise I was missing. Crossfit and this gym are awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very intimidated by the athleticism in this environment, but from the moment I first walked in I felt nothing but welcomed and encouraged. The coaches are awesome and really take time with each person. The gym itself is immaculately clean and the equipment is well kept. If you’re looking for a place to build friendships and meet fitness minded people, look no further!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! The people are super supportive and great to workout with! Talk about a judgement free zone! This gym is it. I got sick halfway into the workout, had to disappear for a min and got nothing but support when I walked back in. If you’re looking for a place to workout! This is it!

The coaches have done a great job in keeping us focused and encouraged. We are two people who have never worked out in CrossFit.
