Experiencia fantástica: Clean, safe environment that I highly recommend. It is a place where safety, hygiene and respect are number one. An amazing amount of machines and options. Questions/comments/support - the owners are right there to make sure you are safe, succeed and have a place that you just want to come to. Can't recommend more highly - and this was coming from a short time ago when I joined and thought I was way out of my league. I couldn't have been more wrong! A huge thank you to Mike & co at Brickhouse and the great people that view this as "their house". :)

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym in Sanford in my opinion. If you are interested in lifting weights and making gains, there's a lot here for you. Trainers are available most days, and the other gym members are very friendly. There is more than enough equipment to go around, including CrossFit stuff like tires, ropes, and sleds. Brickhouse works well for me because it's open 24 hours.
