She is great at motivating and pushing me to my fullest potential and beyond. If it wasn’t for her I would have quit a long time ago. If your looking for a great professional trainer ask for her!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently heard about this gym while in for a visit from TN. This is no ordinary gym and I've been to all 5 gyms in the local and surrounding areas. This is the perfect example of what a true gym should be. Top of the line equipment, 24hr, great management, and clean. There is no reason to look elsewhere for a great place to get a workout in. This will be the only place I'll be going when in town from now on.

Experiencia fantástica: Nicest gym there’s ever been in Lebanon, VA. Clean with new equipment and it looks like they’re in the process of adding more workout area/turf. Dumbbells up to 100lbs, hex bar, and cardio equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: A buddy of mine told me to try this place out since I was in town for the day and they did not disappoint. First of all this has to be the cleanest gym I’ve ever been inside. Second they were super cool with letting me in and checking out everything they have going on. Very glad I came by, probably the best workout I’ve had in a long time. Also they have the best equipment! 10/10 recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a large, open gym that has a lot of variety of equipment for just about any need. They keep it very clean! The trainers are good people, and they are skilled. I don't hesitate to recommend this workout facility. The owners are often on-site, and they are friendly as well as welcoming. Its a pleasure to have such a great option in our small town community!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best gym in the SWVA area. The two gentlemen that own it are two of the best people you will ever meet. Tyler and Jordan are incredible. They listen to the members, they do whatever they can to make sure each member has what they need and are able to workout on the best stuff money can buy. They are super passionate about the gym and just well being of other people. If you are looking to make a gym your home gym this is the place to do that. I personally stand by this gym and the guys that run/own it.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone treats everyone like family, very clean facility, GREAT pricing, and last but not least AMAZING EQUIPMENT. Would 100% recommend giving this gym a shot regardless if you're a beginner or have been working out for years.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in Lebanon for work and looking for a place to train while here. I called the number listed and accidentally woke the owner up this morning. What a nice guy though. He offered to come in on his off time to let me in. The gym itself is clean and has a great selection of equipment from free weights to machines to different cardio options. I love that chalk is allowed and not discouraged. The members were friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place I'd look into membership with if I were living in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: If you want to be a member of a clean gym with new equipment and friendly members, you should give Next Level Fitness a try. I have been a member of a lot of gyms but this one has superseded them all. Tyler and Jordan are very welcoming and professional in how they operate their facilities. This is the place to get into shape and meet new people.

Experiencia positiva: Nice equipment. Only 1 elliptical though. Just happens to be my cardio choice because of back and knee problems. Kinda crowded.
