It's the vibe, the people, and the community presence that make a difference :-) all the teachers are well-trained and sensitive to the needs of each and every student.

Most of all, I appreciate the friendly, inclusive atmosphere created by the instructors and other mighties. It allowed to relax and worked on my flexibility and mobility. All the instructors are so friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed all the classes so far and will definitely come back!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently started practicing yoga at Mighty and am loving it! The teachers are very friendly and make me feel welcomed as a beginner. Definitely a great way to boost energy and mood especially when the winter is coming!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently took my 100th class here! Highly recommend Mighty Yoga in Hanover. The instructors are *all* terrific and there is a nice variety of classes, from restorative to gentle to challenging power yoga! Also, they did an awesome job of transitioning to Zoom classes during the shutdown - much appreciated, Mighty folks!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were visiting from out of town and really enjoyed the yoga classes we tried out here. All of the instructors were very friendly, the location is convenient and the yoga studio seemed clean. Beware there is just one tiny bathroom stall so don't plan to change / shower here.
