Experiencia fantástica: I like the Aquatic Center. It is a great place to bring the family. It offers not only a nice place to swim and workout, but also offers facilities to have birthday parties for kids, date nights for parents and a family friendly atmosphere. We like to use it as a gather place for families to get together. We can send the kids off to swim while parent can catch up while keeping an eye on the kids. This is a great place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: We have a great time every time at the aquatic center! We've done swimming lessons and Splash Camp and used the fitness facilities. My kids loved Splash Camp last summer. There's a nice mix of swimming, outdoor activities, and crafts. They are begging to go back again this summer. They have learned a ton in their lessons and are now great little swimmers thanks to the UVAC! The gym is always clean and the equipment is in excellent condition. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the facilities are always nice and clean. We couldn't ask for more!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a very welcoming staff to greet you. The facilities are very clean and maintained regularly throughout the day. The coaching staff is very competent, the lifeguards always alert and best of all the pools are great! The leisure pool wonderfully warm and the competition pool just right and the kid's pool is very popular. Thanks UVAC, you have a first class facility and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: UVAC is a great place to go as a family! My Son loves going to swim group there and we love going for a nice family fun day from time to time. Great place to have a birthday party as well, we've been to a few and enjoyed them every time! I can't wait till my son is old enough to take part in the summer camps!

Experiencia fantástica: Great family fun! We moved to the Upper Valley two and a half years ago and the UVAC has become a wonderful part of our lives. The life guards are very vigilant while maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We held one of our kids birthday parties there and it was well organized. Everyone had a great time. The Kids Club childcare staff are fun and friendly too.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family joined UVAC a few months back and have greatly enjoyed the facilities this winter. Our son is almost 23 months old and he loves spending time in the splash park and going down the waterslide. Signing up was a breeze, the whole process took about five minutes (three of which were me chasing my son so I could fill out the form). The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean.

Experiencia fantástica: We love UVAC! My three children have such a great time playing in the splash park and learning to swim in the warm water, shallow pool. My husband and I enjoy the Olympic size pool and great array of equipment, as well as the range of different classes. My personal favorite is that as a member, I can drop my little guys off in the childcare center for free, where they can play while I work out. I can't say enough about this place. It's such a great resource to have in a pretty rural area.

Experiencia fantástica: We live about 40 minutes away from UVAC but it's worth the drive. My daughter is on swim team and I swim when she's at practice. It is a beautiful facility will all of the amenities and then some. Great for families, or for those looking for a complete workout, or both.

Experiencia fantástica: The Upper Valley Aquatic Center is safe and family friendly and the staff is courteous and helpful. My 7 year old daughter loves swimming in the Splash Park, lazy river, and leisure pool. She's now tall enough to go on the big slide which she loves. We recently had a birthday party for her at the Aquatic Center and it was the best party. The staff was very accommodating. The room was all decorated for us. The table for the children was all set up and decorated. Plates, utensils, napkins, cups, table coverings, streamers, and goodie bags were all provided at an affordable price. At the last minute we were able to add an additional hour to the party as well. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the party, the decorations and with the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely book another party in the future. We also have taken advantage of the "Parent Night Out" offered every second Saturday of the month. The children swim, have pizza and watch a movie for three hours at an affordable price. Our daughter had a great time and wants to go back again! We love the aquatic center. It's a great place at an affordable price.

Experiencia fantástica: A terrific place for swimmers and those young or older learning to swim; always knowledgeable lifeguards on duty. Not to mention the latest land fitness equipment when not in the water. Easy to reach from the Interstates; adequate parking, friendly staff should keep everyone returning for more. Remember to bring a towel. From a member since Day One.

Experiencia fantástica: UVAC is such a great place in many ways. My daughter loved the swim lessons and gained a lot of swimming skills. The "river" is a great idea - fun to just float along. The water is so warm - feels like a tropical vacation for an afternoon! It's great to have a mini-water park right in the Upper Valley! We've done a kids' yoga class too and really want to try the new Zumba for kids class.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to the Aquatic Center a few years ago to watch a friend compete in a swim meet. The meet was well organized and exciting to watch. The whole facility was very clean. I was impressed with the size of the pool and the entire facility.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great! I love the warm water pool and taking my younger cousins into the splash zone. They are a little bit younger in age and love the fountains, water slides, and lazy river.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member for years, and although the price is higher than a rat gym, it's completely worth it. Great, clean facilities, great classes, splash park, etc are amazing for the whole family.

Experiencia positiva: This is a hidden gem. It took me a long time to find out where this was. None of my friends went or anything like that. I finally took a class for aerobics there and it was lovely. That was before the pandemic. Things are getting back to normal if there is a new normal. It's a beautiful facility. Two pools, kids pool, saunas, locker room showers. I understand there may be some fitness classes there with workout equipment but I didn't use them. I'm sure there's lots of the things that those are the only things that I've used. Sorry I don't have pictures this time. Anyway check it out.

Experiencia fantástica: Great local swim center, I use the lap pool for exercise a few times a week. Adam at the front desk has been particularly helpful with membership questions. I feel comfortable changing in the mens room as a transmasculine person, which is very important for me.

Experiencia fantástica: During this "stay-at-home" time, UVAC has communicated daily encouragement to their members through their UVAC Wave e-mail and videos. While we're all missing our marvelous classes there terribly, it has helped us to be inspired at home and stay connected as a community. My favorite part has been their Family Fitness offering, as I am a teacher working each day on remote teaching. I am concerned about screen time for my students, so I have tried to create much of our learning time to be off-screen activities for home. I have also been sprinkling in exercise breaks throughout the lessons, and UVAC has sent many ideas my way, such as Exercise Connect 4, which is a blast for families. UVAC strong!

It is evident that he is passionate about the UVAC and believes that it will be a great experience for families. From the moment we became new members, we have felt like part of the UVAC "family!" Facilities are extremely clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were regulars at the Aquatic Center before Covid 19 closed so much down. As a regular fitness class attendee, I want to thank AVAC and their staff for offering virtual classes! They're really wonderful! I’ve taken advantage of pilates, yoga, strength training, aging well and Zumba and all of them have been excellent. Not only is the staff very good at giving directions and guidance in a sometimes difficult online format, but their enthusiasm and positive attitudes shine through and help my body and soul immensely! Senior citizens, such as myself, can continue to get excellent workouts from the safety of our homes. Way to go UVAC!

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality We picked UVAC for private swimming lessons for my 4 y/o daughter. She had lessons with Kana, who is an excellent teacher. Kana really has taught her so much, not only pushing her past her fears but also teaching her breathing, form, and new swim techniques. I would definitely recommend this place and Kana in particular.

We moved to VT for 4 months during COVID and Scott Ellis and his ENTIRE coaching team on UVAC Swimming could NOT have been more welcoming to my 2 daughters from CT. The coaching was fantastic just like their CT team and the environment was friendly, supportive and TRULY made them feel like they have a second home. And if back to school COVID conditions send us back to VT we are absolutely heading back to UVAC. The "UVAC Swimming" magnet remains on our car with pride!!!

She is prompt, energized, has good music to get you moving, uses cones for distancing. I feel I get a thorough workout. Thanks Sue!

Experiencia fantástica: I spent the day here with my 2 yr old grandson and it was so much fun. The pool for his age is large, 3.6 ft deep and has a lazy river, 2 slides, sprinklers stations etc. We had a blast and they even have flotation devices to borrow. The staff gave us a warm welcome and we even stayed for a light lunch.

Experiencia fantástica: The warm water pool is great for people with disabilities to get exercise in that can't be done in land. The water makes it less painful to walk and do stretches. The current pool is a great way to cool down after a workout in the pool. The staff is very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for the family! We had such a fun time splashing around in the small water park. We packed a lunch, but they also have a small cafe. My sister and her husband work out here and LOVE it!

I feel it’s a great program, other people should try to give it a chance as the saying goes move or lose it is very true! I know from my own experience and I am so thankful to have the chance to be able to come here and get the work out that I need for myself! Experiencia fantástica: Great Upper Valley gym, half-day trip spot for kiddos, birthday party host, and competitive swimming venue. Summer camps are great for kiddos, too! A jewel for the Upper Valley.

Experiencia fantástica: Taking a weight lifting course with John Grainger was great. He helped push me to my limits while helping me understand why each exercise would be helpful. He was also a very nice guy that was easy to talk to and made working out more fun!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are a swimmer, fitness aficionado or active family, this seems to be the place to have it all! As part of the membership you gain access to a plethora of free group classes, such as instructor led spinning, yoga and more. What is a big plus for families with young kids is also the available day care that is offered for free as part of the membership. Of course on top of all this they also offer swimming lessons, CPR courses and more for a fee (discounted for members).
