For me he focuses on strengthening muscles to alleviate back and neck pain. He is very knowledgeable and encouraging. Go here if you want to work out the right way and see results.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is hybrid crossfit meets physical therapy to restore proper body mechanics while you get in shape. You basically get a physical trainer with your membership. Circuits are up on the board and the owner keeps you motivated and corrects form so you get the most out of your workout while minimizing chances of injury.
