Experiencia fantástica: I love training with Darrin Cooper at WOW. He challenges me and is helping me to regain a lot of what I have lost physically over the years. Since the first training session Darrin picked up on the level of my fitness and adjusted the workout to suit me. He is a great motivator and listener to any physical concerns. I highly recommend checking him out at WOW in Methuen and Nashua NH.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Wow for awhile and decided to try a personal trainer. Daren is wonderful, professional, has extensive back ground knowledge of fitness, we have set goals that I know I will be able to achieve with his guidance, so glad I decided to try a change he is well worth it!!

Experiencia fantástica: Training is good! Freddy my trainer is very knowledgeable and he's showing me the way to train. Darrin is also very knowledgeable and he's a good coach fitness coach.

Experiencia fantástica: I Sigh up with Darrin today, I like it, it was great and fun. I enjoy it and he is a nice coach and kind person. He was very patient explaining the exercises and how everything works.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased with the petsonal trainers at WOW of Methuen. I met with Marc and Freddy a month ago. They asked me what Mt goals were and the areas I wanted to work on then they had me working those areas. Since that initial meeting I have been working with Freddy. I had never used the weight equipment before and he made sure I was comfortable with the exercises and he makes me laugh. I look forward to my sessions. They are very knowledgeable as well. I am learning from him. Thanks Redwood personal trainers. Who knew working out could be fun...

Experiencia fantástica: Thrilled!!! After the whole Covid pandemic I honestly completely gave up with the gym. Gained weight and just wasn’t happy with my self… A year later I decided to enroll at Work Out World and that’s where I was introduced to Coach Marc through Redwood. I’ve never had a personal trainer before but I know now that I made the right decision partnering up with Marc. Coach Marc knows how to motivate your mind to help you achieve your desired body. In the matter of 3 weeks, he helped me cut out 3% of my body fat! His dedication to push your limits feeds your drive to not only look but to FEEL better. This is only the start of my journey and I’m amazed at my progress due to coach Marc taking his time to cater to my health. With that being said ride the wave or get left behind!! #Redwood

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I joined this gym mid pandemic and I've had nothing but a great experience. All the staff is welcoming and there is a great sense of community in the gym. Everyone is respectful. They have all the machines you could need and all of the free weights too. Can get busy during peak hours, but other than that there's usually plenty of space!
