Experiencia fantástica: Great gym and never crowded. The equipment is clean and they have group classes like everyday. I like to do Crossfit and they have all the equipment I need to do that as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Wellness for Life Fitness Center provides a safe, clean, and friendly environment for its members. With a good variety of equipment, it also provides members with everything they need to put together a complete workout. Two thumbs up. I have also been very happy with the personal training that Jess has provided to me over the last several months. She does an incredible job pairing her deep knowledge of fitness with the client's needs to create the right workouts. She is also a great coach. She keeps me focused on technique, which is so important. She also gives me with regular feedback and encouragement. I continue to learn a lot from her. Without hesitation, I would recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: WFL is like no other gym I've been part of. Normally I would join a gym and quit within a year or so because it's too crowded or other various reasons that prevented me from wanting to go consistently. WFL, however, I've been a member for over two years. They are not a big box chain where you're one of hundreds of members who go each day. They are small but mighty, you will ALWAYS get to use a machine or equipment without a long wait or having to hear grunting dudes in the background. I also do personal training with Jess x2 week for over a year and couldn't be happier with the results and with her dedication and expertise. She keeps track of my progress and encourages me to push harder, but never beyond my capacity. WFL really cares about each client, our safety and health, and always makes improvements and upgrades. Thank you WFL for being the best gym around!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Went after work around 5:15pm and left at 6:45pm. There were only a handful of people there. Not as big as your regular gym, but big enough and has everything you need including plenty of free weights. Water fountain, Locker room and showers. Ken, at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with providing information.
