Experiencia fantástica: Great ambiance and the trainers and staff are very patient and helpful. It is my first time trying crossfit and it has been a while since I have worked out but this place has really motivated me to work out again.

Experiencia fantástica: A mi esposo y a mí nos encanta Energym porque te ayudan a confiar en ti mismo, notas cambios en tu cuerpo rápidamente porque se trabaja más con pesas que con cardio, te dan un plan de alimentación, los coaches son personas capacitadas para darte un duro y limpio entrenamiento, te cuidan para que no salgas dañado y es un lugar donde te sientes en familia porque los compañeros (as) que ya tienen más tiempo, no son creídos, al contrario... te ayudan también. Es un gran lugar y yo lo recomiendo totalmente.
