Experiencia fantástica: I weighed 156 and now I weigh 140 not only I’m I losing weight but , I also have better eating habits. I would wake up at 2 am to eat now , I’ve learned to control my cravings. I love going to work out. Kayla did exactly what was promised, you got me started. I will keep pushing to reach my goals. I have set for myself. The extra push was exactly what I needed.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent variety of machines, weights, and training equipment. I was pleased to see a wide variety of people - something good for everyone. For these reasons, it can be a little crowded, but I have never had to wait for machines. (Also, be patient with the front desk staff when you call. There is usually one person trying to handle 3 or 4 people in person and 1 or 2 phone calls. But they will do a great job of it when they get to you!) Personal trainer Ayoub is *spectacular,* and I am grateful for how he compassionately but firmly pushes me to improve. Class leader Henry is a leader who models good gym culture, and makes it easy to do well!

Experiencia fantástica: Crunch is the beat gym I have ever been to! This specific Facility has been outstanding! Clean, fun, supportive and absolutely hands down the best people I have met in the south west!!! If you ever want to do yourself a favor, switch gyms and come to this one!!! 20/10

Experiencia fantástica: I read the reviews before joining and had a couple concerns. The place isn't too crowded as much as it seems to me the culture has shifted. It used to be that working in with others on equipment was the norm. Now, people use phones, eat snacks and everything else between sets. If you aren't using the equipment, get off. At least look around to see if there is an opportunity to let others work in. My wife uses Kayla as a personal trainer and she loves her. She has created interesting and challenging workouts that my wife "enjoys." We aren't spring chickens and Kayla is very good at modifying her workouts to avoid irritating my wife's achy old bones. There is more equipment broken than I would like and I am confident Crunch would like. You have to be living under a pretty big rock to have missed the problems we are having with the supply chain right now. They have a ton of equipment so that there is room for growth for anyone. In fact, I read a professional review of them that said they were not for beginners due to their endless choices. I think endless choices is accurate. The people are very friendly and helpful. Hence the 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: They are great. Please bring back the paper towels and sanitizers back. It doesn't mean COVID era is over to not learn from the past and change habits. It was a hard lesson and people changed. Overall you are doing good.

All of the exercise equipment is well-spaced and maintained. There's exercise equipment for beginners and a challenge to all to stay in shape. CRUNCH also provides a safe and clean environment where the individuals are workers and friendly and helpful. Besides members are allowed to bring a Friend for no additional cost. Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism Positives for this Crunch Fitness is cleanliness, friendly staff, variety of machines, and the competence of the trainers. I had an injury that needed some support though proper exercises. With the help of the training staff, I almost fully regained my abilities and expect to make a full recovery.

My membership is from out of state, I’m just in LC for work for a few weeks, and the front desk folks were super helpful getting squared away to workout here while I am in town. The facility is great, but that’s standard. What set this place apart was how friendly and accommodating Cami and Kelly were. I recommend this gym whole heartedly.

Experiencia fantástica: Since moving back to Las Cruces in 2009, I have been a member of Planet Fitness, Fitness One, and Crunch Gym (currently). Out of all three, I personally feel that Crunch is the best. The staff is amazing, friendly, and supportive! A lot of great Trainers and classes! Definitely check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Love it. Tho sadly I had to cancel membership but the manager has always been encouraging, positive and professional even during cancellation. Also Josh was my personal trainer. He is smart, encouraging and professional and always motivating. Please give it your all when you sign up. Be honest with yourself and try! It's fun for both of you! Would resume again if I had to.

Experiencia fantástica: Let's start with the front desk. Everyone is always helpful ,greet all members,also say goodbye when you walk out. It's in the small details, they feel like friends now. All the machines are top quality, ALOT of free weights and love the turf area!! The place is always clean and they have staff cleaning consistently all machines and bathrooms. The GM Niko Pacheco, is the man and is doing good work running the facility. Finally, I receive text messages from the gym asking feedback on my experience, if I need anything, and just checking in to see how I am. Nowhere have I ever experienced this. This place is like my second home and I feel welcome always. Honest review.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, lots of equipment, lots of space for CrossFit training techniques. Friendly crowd and respect your space. Great day care. Parking is great , although wish more light at night. Wish it was 24 /7. Overall worth every penny to join.

Experiencia fantástica: Planet fitness staffing has deteriorated to very poor customer service to the point of rudeness with the current new staff. Thought today it was time for a change after more than 2 years. I heard a lot about Crunch fitness and sure enough the setting is great ! Great staff and you can feel the energy in thr air! The staff that walked me around was super professional and made me feel at ease and this disabled Vet appreciated his patience. Come next week I'm definitely making Crunch Fitness my place to be!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to gyms my whole life, but never went to a crunch fitness. And I have to say I love it. The opposite of weak concepts like planet fitness, this place, while also being judgment free, does not judge those who take their workouts seriously. Amazing functional strength implements like kettlebells, battle ropes , push sleds, heavy bags. I will go out if my way to go to a crunch .

Experiencia fantástica: Crunch fitness here in Las cruces has been amazing! Keith and his crew are great. They are welcoming and always try to make sure you have a good workout experience. They have free weights and multiple squat racks. Plenty of cardio options and machines as well. The atmosphere they have created is inviting and not intimidating. Their facility is very clean and the music is usually pretty good if you forget to bring your own headphones or don't like using them while you workout. There is plenty of CrossFit style equipment. The only recommendation I would make would be for them to get a few more squat racks. Sometimes it can take some time to get one. Their daycare is also great. It's only $20 a month for up to two hours a day per kid. My wife loves it because when she need a break from our little guy during the day she just hits the gym and let's our him play with the friends he has made there. We have been their for about 7 months now and have enjoyed our experience.

I have an appointment to do a fitness assessment today. He was extremely helpful and very friendly which made me feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: The Crunch Gym in Las Cruces is the epitome of what a gym should be. My recent experience with the gym and faculty was second to none. I went to visit for my first time and asked if I could workout for a day. The GM, Keith, took the time to show me around, was very professional, and they are 100% military/police/firefighter friendly, meaning they gave us who serve discounts. But wait, there's more! I told him that my wife would be interested as well and he gave her a month membership free of charge! I was just at an awe from the customer service I recieved. Plus the staff was very friendly as well and the machines are top of the line. I highly reccomend this gym to anyone who wants to workout in a welcoming environment and wants to change their lives. Kudos to Crunch!
