Experiencia fantástica: The best box in Wyoming. If you get to cowboy country be sure to swing by Laramie for a WoD and so much more. Mike runs a great gym w nice facilities, good programming, and attentive coaches. I drop in every time I'm in Laramie and you should too

Experiencia fantástica: Being stranded in Laramie for a weekend due to a broken down car, I needed something to move my focus off my self pity. The folks at Crossfit 7220 were very welcoming and had a fun and engaging workout planned. I highly recommend this gym if you are in the area or just passing through. The altitude is no joke.

Experiencia fantástica: You will not find a group of coaches that are more welcoming, knowledgeable, and dedicated than the cheerful staff at CrossFit 7220. The space and equipment is well-organized and clean. The athletes are kind and personable. 7220 is the real deal.

Experiencia fantástica: Really awesome staff, I came in with a group for a Staurday group workout and the staff went above and beyond what was expected. They took time out of their day to help us learn proper technique and showed genuine interest and care in our health and lifting. I would 100% recommend people to CrossFit 7220, especially since their pricing is really fair. I cannot stress enough how awesome the staff was!

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I even begin? This place has it all. Space, Equipment, community, and a guy named Evan. Evan went so far out of his way to make sure that my GF and I were able to get our workout in. Not only that, but as we were travelling though, he gave us recommendations on routes, places to stay and restaurants while getting to Yellowstone.

Experiencia positiva: My kids are involved in healthy kids rx, on Mondays, 330 to 430. Professionally done fitness, each class has new skills, and workouts, my girls enjoy it, are getting more fit, and I feel happy that they're becoming more physically fit.

Experiencia fantástica: Stellar gym experience for all ranges of age, ability, and fitness. They've done a great job to cultivate a supportive and fun atmosphere that makes you look forward to the hard work. While all their trainers are great, I can't say enough positive things about Evan and Linsey.
