Experiencia fantástica: I was able to workout here and participate in the programs for years. Then when I was old enough I ended up volunteering there. The staff is wonderful and always upbeat. The place is overall just clean and well organized.

The workout room is in need of an update, but all of their equipment is in good working order, was clean, and the weight room was decently stocked with a cable machine and a lot of the fundamentals. I will note however, there was only one bench for bench press, most other YMCA's I have been to have at least two or three.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Oak park YMCA for more than 30yrs. Staff is very friendly and always willing to have conversation. The equipment is always up to date and clean. The pool and hot tub is very clean and taken care of very well.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean place. Friendly staff. Decent size. Parking usually isn't a problem and it's usually not a crowded gym. I was hesitant to give it a try because of the area it's in however, it really is a nice ymca, the building seems a bit older but the atmosphere is pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place! I've been a member for years. Friendly people, good equipment, and building/facility's well maintained. Try the pool. Whether it's for maintain your bod or loosing weight this is the place! Just wish I didn't like Doritos so much!!
