The coaches are just great and the level of comfort I feel walking in is so surreal to me considering how terrified I was the first time I stepped into the building to sign up. I feel so lucky to have found such a great community of people and friends.

At TruFit, I am educated on proper techniques which was something I really about and always given positive feedback and encouragement. Everyone has been so friendly and I don’t feel intimidated that I’m inexperienced. I’d recommend TruFit to anyone with fitness goals

The coaches here are so down to earth and are so awesome to work with. They cater the work outs to your level and needs and you never feel left out. The coaches here want you to enjoy and love crossfit as much as they do- and it shows!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym with excellent vibes. I knew I loved it, but I don't think I fully realized how special TFA is until I moved and checked out a few gyms in my new area. TFA costs about half as much as the gyms in Dayton, and TFA has a fun factor that isn't present at other gyms. Coaches/owners Brandon and Jimmy are highly proficient goofballs who have established an excellent culture in their gym, and I wish I could have taken TFA with me when I moved.

Experiencia fantástica: It doesn't matter of you have been doing crossfit for years or your just starting. This Crossfit gym has everything you need to succeed. They are always improving and always moving forward. The gym holds many charitable events, they are active in the crossfit community. Always doing events for kids to promote healthy lifestyles. They help the local Special Olympics Lifting Team. They are a true highlight to the community and deserve so much more credit for all they do. The owners are like no other. They are kind, understanding, patient and a blast to be around. The entire crossfit gym is filled to fun and helpful members. This gym isn't like your normal crossfit gym. Here you feel at home. You feel like your part of a family. This is the place to be.

Experiencia fantástica: The Krav Maga program is absolutely incredible! The instructors are knowledgeable and excited to share what they know. I knew absolutely nothing when I first stepped into the gym, but never once did I feel embarrassed or out of place because every single person there- from those who had been training for years to the girl who had only started the week before- was excited to help and share their love for Krav. This is so much more than just a bunch of classes- this is a family, and I'll never go anywhere else!
