Experiencia fantástica: I went in to check this gym out today, the facility is tucked in the back of a "office park", this place is a hidden gem, I was looking for a gym to workout in that is small and personal. This felt like a dream home gym, the space was clean and organized, and the staff was very pleasant. I received a tour of the facility and they took time showing me the different classes. I look forward to working out here!

Experiencia fantástica: Last weekend, I came into Empower to do their community workout and I absolutely loved it. Before I moved to Lancaster, I used to complete very similar workouts. It was nice to see how much I have improved from where I started. I left the workout drench in sweat and feeling strong! All of the individuals that I met that day were very kind and willing to help! I highly recommend trying a workout or two at this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great facility for personal training and group exercise. The staff if great to accommodate for your goals and work towards accomplishing them. They also have a variety of different classes and an unique Obstacle Course Race (OCR) class on Thursday nights.
