Coach Willie has the personal experience, temperament, and knowledge to teach strength and conditioning exercise drills (upper/lower body and core) and boxing techniques in the ring. His recommendations and guidance are useful tools geared toward reaching my fitness goals. The 75 minute variation workouts are strenuous but enjoyable, challenging and worth the sweat.

Experiencia fantástica: More than just a boxing gym. The coaches are amazing at teaching and being patient with the kids who attend the gym. This gym provides you with a family who outside the ring will take care of you and do nothing but make sure you’re okay and to pursue what you entered the gym for in the first place. The coaches especially teach you many things in and out of the ring, not only to teach you to be in the ring but to help you grow and strive at success outside of it and to help you in the run later in life. Very good place too go, Strongly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m from Philly (boxing capital of planet Earth) and this gym has the EXACT same feel as any authentic boxing gym I’ve ever been to back home. They really do well with children but have enough knowledge of the fight game to train advanced fighters too! Fighters of all levels in the area should come thru to learn and hone their skills!

Experiencia fantástica: This place helped me mold.my son into the fine young man he is becoming. The coaching staff here are family. Real family. He was and is a reserved young man. He opened up here and was interacting even better than I've seen him do as the star on his baseball team. They brought out a side of him I didnt know and I will forever be grateful to them for that. The coaches are very understanding of where you may be physically, but they will also use great motivational interviewing skills to help you push yourself to new limits. Their priorities align with the growth of boxers' skills and confidence. The coaches have done an astounding job at developing young amateur boxers at the national level. They provide their boxer's with as many opportunities to hone their skills, both in and outside the gym. The gym also provides a friendly environment for those coming in that makes them feel like part of the family.
