Experiencia fantástica: IAL has transformed my life in many ways. I never liked going to the gym before, but now I look forward to getting up early in the morning for my cycling or body sculpt class that lifts my body and soul. Many thanks to the fantastic instructors who empower me every day.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love I Am Limitless! All of the instructors are amazing the classes are so much fun and always a challenge. The facility is beautiful, clean and so well kept and the equipment is excellent. Every class I have been to is great, I especially love their HIIT & Rhylease classes. Oh!!! They have CHILDCARE!!!!!! YES!! I just started using their childcare and am so happy with it. Bringing my daughter allows me to come to more classes and I am so grateful for it. So happy I found this gym! I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member at I Am Limitless since it’s beginning and I can think of nothing that would cause me to give this gym less than 5 stars. The atmosphere is positive and inviting, there’s a great selection of workouts, and the instructors are friendly and encouraging. Two of my most favorite things about IAL are 1. They offer great childcare and 2. The air of inclusion of the staff and the members. I’m a fan!

Experiencia fantástica: I find there’s tons of variety in classes and instructors to keep me on my toes every day of the week, if I want to. The unlimited memberships are a very good value and the class schedules are convenient. The studio is always very clean and the equipment is well organized. This is not a fitness studio that will do any high pressure sales on you to follow a particular diet or buy supplements or lose weight! Just high quality high energy fitness instruction that is accepting of people of all sizes and walks of life.

Experiencia fantástica: I love I Am Limitless! I took a class they were offering at a local brewery and received a free class offer. I tried the free class out at their location. I was nervous to go to a smaller studio but my nerves instantly went away after meeting the instructors and members. Everyone is so kind and non-judgmental. The price deterred me from joining at first but they run specials on memberships and class packs throughout the year. I took advantage of a special and joined. I’m so glad I did! After so long I am actually excited to work out. I lost my drive and love for working out and am so glad this place helped me find it again!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to I Am Limitless since they opened in November 2018 and I can honestly say that I have gotten into the best shape of my life at 31 because they make working out FUN and exciting again. My favorite class is Rhythm Ride with Meg T. or Val. I also love Punch with Megan M. and the TRIP with any of the staff teaching. It is a first-class gym with top of the line equipment and facilities, but the BEST part of this gym are the instructors. They are so knowledgeable and teach with an infectious enthusiasm. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to fall in love with fitness again. You won't regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: Beyond excited this place is open! I have attended many gyms in the area and this is by far my favorite! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is clean the the class times are perfect for me! Working out isn’t my favorite thing to do but being able to come here and do unique classes like TRX and The Trip has made working out enjoyable!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely LOVE I Am Limitless!! Meg T's Rhythm Ride class is such a burner and one of the best workouts I've had - if you've not already tried it, DO IT! You will not be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: I've had the opportunity to take a TRX class with Jennifer as well as the TRIP with Val, and today's RPM ride with Mike and Alison. I can't say enough about the instructors. They truly want everyone to have an amazing experience. I was even sent a personalized data file on my ride today that included power, heart rate etc. The variety of classes offered, the facilities, the owners & instructors make this a special place. Lancaster is lucky to have I AM LIMITLESS!

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly love this place! The staff and instructors are so welcoming and friendly. I usually feel so intimated at gyms and fitness classes, but not here! And the classes are amazing! I LOVE the Punch class taught by Megan. It's a class you must try! So thankful I found this place!
