There's a great variety of programs for any fitness level and they're also many modifications in classes so that you can become more fit in classes that you enjoy. The instructors are all great and people are really friendly and helpful. I would love to see another Zumba class!

Experiencia fantástica: Im visiting Lakeland after being away for a few years. I have always loved this Y, and they continue to grow and improve. I truly feel like family when I’m there. The sense of community and connection the staff and members provide are remarkable. Not to mention the facility itself, so clean, spacious, and inviting. The group exercise classes are the best. Love the YMCA! Keep up the good work.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been members at the Y for over ten years and we have six kids, ages 1 to 11. The fitness area is top notch. Classes are excellent. Swimming pools are wonderful. You won’t find better childcare or recreation for your kids! The directors of the programs build a community on the foundations of faith, sportsmanship, and discipline. You’ll love it here!

They have safety protocols in place, secure buildings and fences, indoor (out of the heat) activities, crafts, swimming, playground, outdoor games and more planned for every single day. The staff are always positive and excited to see the kids. I am thankful to have a place I can confidently and comfortably leave my son for the day! Thank you Zack for running such a wonderful program!

Experiencia fantástica: We have been members for over 2 years and find the facilities always clean and organize, the staff friendly and attentive and the selection of fitness programs adequate.

Experiencia fantástica: They tried to bill me twice the same month without any resolution, when I clearly have paperwork showing my next billing date. Cancelling as soon as possible. No excuses!!!! Well guys, I have to take back all of those words... Everything stated is the opposite. Thank you to the nice lady who was understanding, and spoke as if she really cared. Thank you!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this YMCA there is so much activities for adults as well as children. The place is always clean and spacious due to the pandemic. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My children love their swimming classes and the teachers are very patient definitely recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I just moved to the area and were looking for a place for our boys (7 and 10) to get involved in a sport. The YMCA caught my attention and after a season of playing basketball and soccer my boys fell in love, not only with the sport but with the community. We are looking forward to another season there and we are so thankful for the YMCA.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has been in Basketball at the West Central YMCA . I cannot say enough about what a great program this has been for my son. His coach was amazing and he learned so much .He also attended their sports camp in the summer and had an amazing summer. The camp counselors were amazing. I feel blessed to be a member at the YMCA.

Experiencia fantástica: The YMCA has been a part important part of my family since 2004. My son Jeremy Lauther and his brothers used to attend here when they were younger. For all the activities and coordinated games that they do I am proud that he is now grown up and is the sports coordinator for the facility. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to work out and bring their family to have a complete experience of organize sports and working out together..

Experiencia fantástica: I went to the YMCA yesterday after a whole year due to coronavirus. I was pleased to see that the machines are spaced out and it is required that everyone who uses the exercise machines must clean up after themselves with antigerm spray. In addition, in order to be part of an exercise class, you must now bring your own mat and it is taped off on the floor specific areas to plant yourself so you are social distancing. One of the representatives on the front desk even showed me how how to reserve my space online. I was truly impressed by the kindness and knowledge of this YMCA employee. Great job YMCA for keeping all areas sanitized. Once again, I feel comfortable returning to the YMCA.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this YMCA for my children. They have so many activities available for kids, basketball and swimming. They also have a leadership club. The sports leaders make a point of knowing and encouraging the kids. Great place for families!

Experiencia fantástica: Our sons have played basketball at this facility going on over 3 years now and the care, love, and skill set that all of the staff members provide to their youth is unmatched. Zack and Jeremy go above and beyond to support the kids and the parents in every way possible. Not to mention the remodel of the courts has made playing that much more exciting! Run.. don’t walk to sign ups because you will be doing your child an injustice otherwise!!

Experiencia fantástica: We've had a family membership here for years and just love it! The facilities are great - machines are all in good shape and the pools are always clean. My kids LOVE going into the childcare and always have a blast - the staff there are so kind and cheery to us. And the group fitness classes are my favorite - the instructors are all so upbeat and encouraging. I've made great strides in my workouts and overall health and directly attribute that to the instructors and classes at the Y! I also love that this is a more inclusive, family oriented gym. I don't feel judged or weird because I'm not ridiculously buff and trim. There are tons of people who are in amazing shape here but also lots of regular people like me, so thats a bonus, too.

Experiencia fantástica: I am family at the YMCA. Me and my son are treated with respect. The facility is always clean. The gym atmosphere and ambiance is absolutely gorgeous.

Experiencia fantástica: My grandchildren loved going to the YMCA this summer when their Dad had them they have an awesome program for children. The reader program was great. Be thankful there is something out there for children and people who care. They have assistance for people who may need it for their children to go.
