Consistently, I receive personal variations of exercises while still experiencing that comradery of working out with a group. Jake and Kody are wonderful and I always look forward to my next workout!

Experiencia fantástica: I especially appreciate the way the workouts are curated and modified to match my abilities/limitations. More than that, the workouts challenge and stretch me. When I am at LGF I do much more than I ever would doing a workout at home and a professional is observing my form which I would not get from an app or video program. Plus I laugh, have fun and feel like I am a part of something!

Experiencia fantástica: I have dropped into LGF several times with a friend and by myself. I really enjoyed the variety of workouts as well as the knowledge of the owner and trainer, Jake. The warm ups are always great & specific to the work for the day and something I find extremely important. The atmosphere is encouraging and you can also get that "one on one" feel if that's what you like. I would and have recommended LGF to friends!

He is knowledgeable, professional and over all a great coach and fitness mentor! Recently, we have been getting taught by Kody as well and it has been a pleasure to have his ideas change up the workout. Between the two of them, the attitude of the gym is always positive and encouraging. I consistently leave the gym healthier, happier and one step closer to my goals.. and my morning coffee. :)

Experiencia fantástica: I've been working out with Coach Jake for about 5 years. First and foremost, Jake is most concerned about lifting weights properly and using correct form for exercises and movements. As an extremely active guy over the age of 50, I have accumulated a lot of bumps and bruises. If those small, nagging "hurts" aren't tended too properly they turn into sidelining injuries. Jake does a great job of watching movements, making corrections on the fly, and developing alternative workouts to accommodate ALL levels of fitness, strength, and endurance. Come in and experience the community and camaraderie at Lakeland's newest and most personal fitness studio.

The work outs are tailored to each individual client while still being a part of a small group. Jake is knowledgeable, caring, and honestly fun! I truly love this gym and the group of people that are now friends because of this place. It’s not like any other gym I have been a part of and I am so thankful I have found my place!

Anyone can walk in his gym and do the workout he programmed for the day. He is a wealth of knowledge and I learn something new every time I'm in the gym. LGF is a friendly community of people.

Jake will coach you to show you can do more while making sure you are doing the exercises properly and if needed will correct you. LGF helps you to become strong and…confident!

Jake (the owner) has helped me by modifying my exercises when needed and making sure I have proper form all while constantly encouraging me.
